"I developed a taste for European legends and myths at a very young age, growing a passion for languages along the way. Studying translation at school allowed me to discover more about what this exciting field entailed.

I found a true joy in understanding the meaning of a text, making it my own and then faithfully reproducing it in letter and spirit. I soon decided that I would make a professional career in that field. 

I then proceeded to work in England, and Germany, where I taught French in secondary schools. In 2020, I finished my studies, obtained a master's degree in France, and began my meaningful career in a translation agency in Portugal."

"Born in France to a French-Canadian family, my love for languages started with the nursery rhymes and songs of my childhood.

My close relationship to my cousins exposed me to other languages and inspired my university career. I enriched my knowledge of English and German with numerous trips during my middle and high school years.

My natural appetite for literature prompted me to opt for languages and to study in Germany and Canada, immersing myself in local cultures and perfecting my language skills. My strong interest for the French language naturally led me to studying translation. I obtained my master’s degree in 2020 in Belgium and started working for a translation agency in Portugal."
